At Elizabeth Post we pride ourselves on providing our customers with a high-quality sensory experience.  We meticulously inspect each candle to ensure we are providing only the highest caliber products.  If our products do not meet your expectations, please contact Liz personally at elizabeth@elizabethpostco.com

Please make sure you are following the burning instructions provided with your candle and on our website.  Any issues that may arise from the burning of our candles in ways that contradict the displayed instructions are not the responsibility of Elizabeth Post, LLC.

Returns

 

Unfortunately used candles cannot be returned or refunded.  Unused candles can be returned or exchanged for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.  The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment within 5 days.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.   

Shipping

 

We take great care in hand packaging each of our products for shipping to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our facility.  If your product arrives damaged, we will take action of ensure we make things right. 

 

All products are shipped via USPS.

 

Taxes

We collect and remit Sales & Use Tax for States as required by law.

 

Privacy & Safety

As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide.  You imply that you consent to our collecting of your information for that specific reason only.  

When you subscribe to our mailing list, you grant Elizabeth Post, LLC. permission to send you emails about our products and other updates.  You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. 

If any changes are made to our policies, we will immediately post them to our site.
